Concentration is thus also a motivation factor for training. An experience that the practitioner "gets to the task" receives feedback from others and experiences changes in emotional and physiological conditions, enhances the experience of mastering and thus quality of life.
A study shows that feedback and praise for progression in training increased the experience of mastering more than the specific results made.
