According to Jorunn Lægdeheim Helbostad's research, an educational program for elderly in nursing homes should include basic physical forms, this can be muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and endurance.
In order for the positive effects of exercise to persist, it is essential that exercise becomes a habit. Here it is important with easy access and proximity to the training possibilities.
